Distribution: Ecuador.

Records in Ecuador: Cotopaxi ( Reserve of Bosque Integral Otonga, near San Francisco de las Pampas) and Zamora Chinchipe (Podocarpus National Park-Bombuscaro).

Habitat: Sifted litter from forest and upper organic soil layer in mostly undisturbed rain forest.
