Distribution: Neotropical.

Records in Ecuador: Loja (andean mountain region of the Loja valley and Podocarpus National Park-Cajanuma) .

Habitat: Soil and litter of pine ( Pinus patula). Litterbags of Clusia spp. Graffenieda emarginata and Hediosmum sp.
