Distribution: Neotropical (Venezuela, Ecuador).

Records in Ecuador: Zamora Chinchipe ( San Francisco Biological Reserve) and Loja (andean mountain region of the Loja valley).

Habitat: Soil and litter of degraded forest. Litterbags of Puteria sp., Cavendishia zamorensis and Mollinedia sp.
