DISTRIBUTION: Senegal to SW Sudan, W Uganda and Rwanda, south to Angola and Zambia; W Kenya.

STATUS: CITES - Appendix II.

SYNONYMS: coxi, ituriensis, longiceps, melanoprymnus, punctulatus, ruficrista, sclateri, thomasi.
