DISTRIBUTION: S Turkey; introduced to Europe (incl. Lithuania and Ukraine), South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay and islands in Fijian group, Lesser Antilles and off W Canadian Coast.
