Neelus sp. 2
The specimens were recorded in two caves of the Dubrovnik region with several important diagnostic characters, such as labral chaeta a1 medially forked with 2 teeth, a2 finely serrate; dorsal postantennal area with 1+1 macrochaetae; posterior part of abdomen covered with tertiary rods (part of abdomen not observable); Ant. I with 3 chaetae; Ant. II with 1 medial and 5 apical chaetae arranged in whorl; unguis elongated; 3+3 posterior manubrial chaetae (1+1 proximal and 2+2 distal); large thoracal field (s.f. 3) with secretory rod, 2 internal spines, 2 marginal chaetae on the edge of s.f.; 2 mesochaetae and 3 spine-like chaetae above the field; 1 strong macrochaeta below the field; 4 weakly lanceolate spines anteriorly above the field.
