Corynoneura sp. sexadentata

(Figs 24–25)

Material examined. Three females with pupal and larval exuviae, BRAZIL, SP, Ubatuba, stream besides Ruínas da Lagoinha, 23˚30.468´S, 45˚11.923´W, 0 m a.s.l., 16.x.2008, S. Wiedenbrug. One female with pupal and larval exuviae same data as before but stream besides Ruínas da Lagoinha, Cachoreira do Véu 23˚30.404´S, 45˚12.340´W, 116 m a.s.l., 29.xii.2009 (UFSCAR MPSW 057).

Diagnostic characters. Female and pupa are not separable from C. septadentata, the only difference between both species is the larval mentum of sp. sexadentata that has six median teeth and instead of seven (Fig. 25 E).

Remarks. Unfortunately the male of this morphotype is still unknown. All females of C. sp. sexadentata were collected in Ubatuba (0 m a.s.l.), and specimens of C. septadentata in the Parque Estadual do Jaraguá (about 1000 m a.s.l.). It is possible that the difference on the mentum is a population variation, but only with the knowledge of the male and more material it would be possible to affirm that.
