Diagnosis. fPp = N/N/BNB; fCx = 2.1.1; fSt = 0.2; PL> AL> AM. Palpal claw three-pronged; palpal tarsus with 5 branched, 2 nude setae, and basal tarsala; galeala nude; cheliceral blade with outer row of about 10 teeth; scutum subpentagonal, as long as broad, with 2 AM, 2 AL, and 2 PL setae; sensilla filiform; SB situated posterior to PLs.

Host. Batrachyla taeniata (Girard) (Amphibia, Anura, Batrachylidae).

Distribution. Chile, Araucanía Region, Cautín Province, Temuco.

Remarks. Taxonomic position of this species is uncertain because of inappropriate description and the loss of type specimens (Wohltmann et al. 2006).
