Diagnosis.
Length of first metasomal tergite 3.5–4.0 × its apical width (Fig. 2 K, L); first tergite yellowish brown, with a longitudinal carina behind dorsope (Fig. 2 L); dorsope narrow and space between dorsope much wide than dorsope (Fig. 2 L); second tergite densely setose, very finely sculptured and rather matt; hind coxa distinctly punctate and with some rugae dorsally; basal 1 / 2 of fore wing pale brownish; pterostigma of ♀ and ♂ yellowish brown (Fig. 2 D); precoxal sulcus very densely rugose (Fig. 2 B), but more or less reduced in males; fore wing and first subdiscal cell wide; vein r of hind wing vaguely indicated (Fig. 2 E); hind tarsus mainly white; ovipositor sheath ~ 0.35 × as long as fore wing.
Distribution.
China (Guangxi, Taiwan), Japan, Russia (south of Far East).
