Note:—Casper (2003, 2019) cited an isotype housed at HAJB although he did not see it. During my searches this specimen was not found and it was confirmed by HAJB staff (Eldis R. Bécquer, pers. comm., 17 April 2023) that it is not in the collection; therefore, the citation of an isotype housed at HAJB should be disregarded.
