Note:—Although he did not see it, Casper (2003, 2019) cited an isotype housed at HAJB. Such citation should be disregarded since this specimen is not in the collection of HAJB (Eldis R. Bécquer, pers. comm., 17 April 2023). The only Pinguicula specimen at HAJB that matches the information on the holotype has a different number (HFC-39912! [two sheets]) and represents type material of Pinguicula moaensis Casper (2019: 93) .
