Remarks. Linsenmaier labelled a male specimen in the type-collection as allotype, bearing the following labels: Gürün As. Türk. 6.VI.1970 leg. J. Schmidt // ♂ Type Hedychridium Ab. rubrum Lins. Linsenmaier det. 1973. This specimen was collected after the original description and does not belong to type series.
