Hedychridium caireanum Linsenmaier, 1968

Hedychridium (Hedychridium) caireanum Linsenmaier, 1968: 33 (descr., incrassatum group).

Type locality. Egypt: “Ägypten, Kairo, ♂ Type (Dahschour), V.58, leg Pulawski, in Coll. m.”.

Remarks. The type is apparently lost. In the type-collection was found a label printed by Linsenmaier with the information: “ caireanum verschollen” [= caireanum is lost]. This species was not mentioned in the revision of the northern African species (Linsenmaier 1999).
