Remarks. Linsenmaier in the type-collection labelled a male specimen as the allotype, with the following labels: Tunesien Jendouba 10 km N. 15.V.1978 leg. Jos. Schmidt // ♂ Allotype Hedychridium dismorphum Lins. det. Linsenmaier 1977. This specimen has no type status since it was collected after the description and does not belong to the original type series.
