Estola ruficeps Breuning, 1943: 56; Monné, 2023: 609 (cat.).
Remarks. – This species was described based on a single specimen from French Guiana. Monné (2023) and Tavakilian & Chevillotte (2023) reported that the holotype is a female. Although Breuning (1943, 1974) did not indicate the sex of the specimen, the photograph of the holotype (Fig. 9) shows that the holotype is a female.
