" Parectopa affirmata, n. sp. "— Meyrick, E. 1918. Exotic Microlepidoptera (Marlborough) 2(6): 178. Type locality: Peru, Lima, 500 ft.

Type specimens: 6 syntypes (♂ and ♀), BMNH.

Distribution: Peru (Meyrick 1918: 178).
