STATUS. — Afrotropical vagrant or Resident?.

REMARKS. — The record of an independent juvenile collected in south Burkina Faso, Le Copalier, Comoé-Léraba classified forest, 9°45’37”N, 4°35’49”W, 17.III.2011 (Pavia et al. 2012) represents the first record of the species for Burkina Faso. The species is probably a Breeding resident in the area, also according to Borrow & Demey (2014), but further research are needed to assess the status of the species in southern Burkina Faso.
