STATUS. — Excluded.

REMARK. — P. senegallus was reported by Balanca & de Visscher (1997) and by Borrow & Demey (2014) on the basis of the same record. This record is more likely referred to Pterocles exustus exustus, also on the basis of the translation of the French name “Ganga à ventre châtain” (Chestnut-bellied Sandgrouse).
