53. Wyeomyia pseudorobusta Pajot & Fauran, 1975: 125 (M, P).

Holotype M (with associated pupal exuviae): [Station expérimentale de l’Institut Pasteur de la Guyane], [Inini River], French Guiana (IRD); coll. F.X. Pajot; 1973; no. 73/378-1.

Despite all of our efforts, the holotype of Wy. pseudorobusta, provisionally deposited in the IPG (Pajot & Fauran 1975: 129), was not found. Because the holotype of Wy. ininicola, described one year earlier by the same authors, was found in the IRD, it is likely that the holotype of Wy. pseudorobusta is also deposited there.
