Material examined. AUSTRALIA, Queensland, 1m, [at] Claudie R[iver] and Portland Roads, Cape York Peninsula, 12º35'45" S, 143º24'44" E [-12.59583, 143.41222], 18 Aug. 1985, M. Bernie, QMB S90772.

Distribution. Known only from two localities in NE Queensland (Figs 61–62). Remark. The species has been described by Wanless (1988); here we add to the documentation colour photographs of the male and a distributional map.
