Notes.

Hiptage comprises 47 currently accepted species (39 threatened species; Suppl. material 1) of lianas endemic to rainforests and seasonally dry tropical forests of Southeast Asia (Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam) and Oceania (Fiji; POWO 2024).
