Material examined. 10 females (ZMMU, labeled as Maro lautus), Russia, Maritime Province, Ussuriyskiy Nature Reserve, 9.VI.1977, G.F. Kurcheva leg. 1 female (ZMMU, labeled as M. lautus), same locality, Quercus & Cedar forest, 15.VII.1977, G.F. Kurcheva & E.V. Mikhaleva leg. 1 female (ZMMU, labeled as M. Lautus), same locality, Grabovaya Hill, Abies holophylla forest, 23–25.V.1972, G.F. Kurcheva leg. 9 females (CAT, labeled as M. lautus), Verkhne-Ussuriyskiy Field Station, Pinus sibirica -broadleaved forest, 19–20.VII.1991, A.V. Tanasevitch leg. 1 female (CAT, labeled as M. lautus), Chernigovka District, Dmitrievka Village, soybean field, 25.IX.1987, E.V. Diagnosis. The species is similar to its known single congener, see below.
Description. The species has been well-described and illustrated by Wunderlich & Li (1995) and Marusik et al. (2016).
Note. The examination material kept at the ZMMU has shown that all records of Maro lautus from Russia actually refer to Erigomicronus longembolus new combination .
Distribution. Known from the Liaoning Province of northeastern China (Wunderlich & Li 1995) and from the Maritime Province, Russia (Eskov 1991, Marusik et al. 2016).
