Material examined. Dam Bay, mangrove plantation and natural mangroves about 10 specimens.

Abundance. Uncommon.

Measurements. Up to 20 mm (Thach 2005).

Ecological notes. Lives on sand bottom in intertidal zone to 20 m deep (Okutani 2000). In studied sites it was found on mud surface in lowest part of intertidal zone.

Relation to mangroves. Eurybiotic.

Distribution in Vietnam. Central coast.

General distribution. From Japan to tropical IWP (Okutani 2000).
