Material examined. Penaeid—11 (7 M, 4 F); size range: 2.72 ≤ CW ≤ 4.48 mm; average: CW = 3.52 ± 0.60 mm; CZUFS CRU- 00253.

Stations. Penaeid—3 and 9.

Distribution. Western Atlantic—USA (North and South of Carolina, Florida, and Gulf of Mexico), Antilles, and Brazil (from Amapá to São Paulo) (Melo 1998).

Ecological notes. On sand, gravel, and coral bottoms, from 10 to 310 m (Melo 1998).
