Material examined: LIBERIA: Bong county, trip Bong town—BMC tailings, 6°48′N 10°21′W, 21.vi.1989, ve- hicle-mounted net, leg. Rolf Garms (1 ♀) .

Distribution: New for Liberia (see Chłond, 2018).

Remark: The present specimen is a very pale representative of the species, with the pale markings on basal corium almost reaching apex of clavus, and with connexives almost entirely pale. This combination is usually found in specimens from central and southern Africa (Chłond, 2018). In addition, the pedicel bears 7 instead of only 6 trichobothrial setae.
