Type material. Holotype: ♀, CHINA: Sichuan Province, Baoxing County, Fengtongzhai National Nature Reserve, Dadigou (30°28.171′N, 102°52.742′E), 1191 m a.s.l., 2 August 2016, leg. Chi Jin. Paratypes: 2♀, Sichuan Province, Yaan City, Laoban Mountain (29°58.489′N, 102°59.645′E), 655 m a.s.l., 9 November 2014, leg. Luyu Wang.
Etymology. The specific name is from the Latin word rugosa, meaning “coarse”, referring to the texture of the part of the copulatory ducts near the spermathecae.
Diagnosis. The female can be distinguished from other congeners by the horseshoe-shaped atrium, and the coarse texture of part of the copulatory ducts near the spermathecae. Male unknown.
Description. Female (Figs 1D, 24–25). Total length 14.59–15.44 (n=3). Holotype: body 15.44 long; carapace 7.11 long, 6.04 wide, width: length = 0.85; abdomen 8.33 long, 5.00 wide. Diameters of eyes: AME 0.45, ALE 0.33, PME 0.41, PLE 0.37. Eye interdistances: AME–AME 0.30, AME–ALE 0.18, ALE–ALE 1.50, PME–PME 0.46, PME–PLE 0.53, PLE–PLE 2.22, ALE–PLE 0.23. OAW 2.60, CRW 4.07, OAW/CRW = 0.64. MOA 1.07 long, front width 1.14, back width 1.21. Clypeus height 0.61, 1.36 times AME diameter. Chelicerae with three promarginal teeth and five retromarginal teeth. Labium 1.35 long, 1.36 wide. Sternum 3.48 long, 3.02 wide. Measurements of legs: leg I 22.41 (6.45 + 2.93 + 5.53 + 4.99 + 2.51), II 21.85 (6.32 + 2.86 + 5.16 + 4.89 + 2.62), III 17.60 (4.91 + 2.25 + 3.73 + 4.36 + 2.35), IV 22.91 (6.17 + 2.51 + 5.61 + 6.43 + 2.19).
Epigyne (Figs 24E, 25A): Vulva (Figs 24F, 25B): atrium horseshoe-shaped, wider than long, incompletely fused by COs, with protrusion on anterior margin medially. Vulva (Figs 22F, 23B): copulatory ducts anteriorly extremely inflated, almost round, partly membranous, posteriorly thin, rugose, running parallel before connecting spermathecae; accessory glands small, spherical; spermathecae small, close to each other.
Distribution. China (Sichuan) (Fig. 26).
