Material examined. Petro-UFS—11 (6 M, 2 J); size range: 5.96 ≤ CW ≤ 15.2 mm; average: CW = 11.24 ± 3.43 mm; CZUFS CRU- 00078. Penaeid—31 (15 M, 11 F, 4 OF, 1 NS); size range: 3.78 ≤ CW ≤ 21.00 mm; average: CW = 9.44 ± 4.10 mm; CZUFS CRU- 00242.
Stations. Petro-UFS—15; Penaeid—3, 4, 6, 8, and 9.
Distribution. Western Atlantic—Gulf of Mexico ( USA), Antilles, Brazil (from Amapá to Rio Grande do Sul) ( Melo 1996).
Ecological notes. From depth between 24 to 340 m. On mud and coral bottoms ( Melo 1996). Associated with the Bryozoa Schizoporella unicornis in southeastern Brazil ( Alves et al. 2013).
