Rypellia Malloch, 1931: 190 View in CoL (as genus). Type species: Rypellia flavipes Malloch, 1931 View in CoL . Diagnosis. Wing without maculae. Female with the parafrons weakly setulose on upper half. Dorsocentrals 2+4. Prosternum bare. Wing with basal portion of stem-vein bare dorsally. First abdominal sternite widely setulose.

Distribution (6 species). Oriental and Palaearctic.
