Supplementary description. Sublateral keels of metope complete. Coryphe transverse, anterior margin convex, truncated apically, posterior margin obtusely angulate. Pronotum with longitudinal groove. Scutellum with lateral keels. Radius bifurcate, median simple, cubitus anterior simple, longitudinal veins with many branches. Metatarsomere I with 6 intermediate socle setae.

Coloration. General coloration brown yellowish with dark brown spots. Fore wings dark brown with wide light brown yellowish stripe along costal margin and with laight brown veins. Femora and tibiae with dark brown transverse bands. Teeth and socle setae of legs dark brown. Abdominal sternites dark brown with light brown margins.
Male genitalia (fig 20). Phallobase enlarged, flattened dorso-ventrally, weakly narrowing medially (in ventral view). Ventral phallobase lobe weakly narrows to rounded apex.
Material examined. Azerbajdzhan, Nakhichevan: 1 ɗ, Darydag, 10 km NE of Dzhulfa, 24.V.1974; 1 ɗ, Dzhulfa District, Ilandag, 11.VI.1974, all leg. M.G. Volkovich, ZIN.
Note. Nomen novum is proposed as a replacement name for secondary homonym. Record by Dlabola (1985) from Iraq (see the material below) is erroneous based on misidentification and belongs to P. (P.) bispinata .
