Diagnosis
Vertex cellulate to reticulate, face smooth or notably, but lightly, sculptured. Inner surface of scape with cross-ridges; female antenna with longitudinal sensilla present on F5 and F6 (1 on each); clava with 8 longitudinal sensilla; mesosoma with conspicuous cellulate or reticulate sculpture (except on propodeum); axillar seta weak; scutellar placoid sensilla at a distance from anterior margin of scutellum ( Fig. 99 View FIGURES 98–100 ), scutellum with row of frenal foveae; metanotum not divided mediolongitudinally; forewing normal (brachypterous in one species) and narrow, 4.1–4.5 x as long as wide; petiole in dorsal view subrectangular to subquadrate, moderately to strongly swollen; male genitalia of peculiar shape and structure (Figs 103, 113).
