Type genus: Copiphora Serville, 1831 View in CoL
Diagnosis: Body size median to large. Head elongate, cone-like; rather convergent apically in antero-ventral view; tegmina usually extending over apex of abdomen; fastigium with notch at basal ventral surface, distinct or indistinct; and considerably wider than 1st segment of antennae.
