PSUC – Nakhon Si Thammarat Province; Prince of Songkla University, Amphur Hat Yai, Songkhla; Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, Lan Saka Province, 07°00'N 100 ° 30 'E, 58 m.

Distribution: Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sarawak, Borneo, and New Guinea (Metcalf, 1963 a).
