Distribution: BRAZIL — Amapá: Macapá; Amazonas: Borba (Lago do Acará), Iranduba, and Manaus (INPA and Ponta Negra); Mato Grosso: Chapada dos Guimar„es; and Pará:Acará, Almeirim (Monte Dourado), Altamira (Trilha Trov„o), Ananindeua, Belém (Campus da UFRA—Universidade Federal Rural da Amazônia, Ilha de Mosqueiro, Herbário da Embrapa Amazônia Oriental, Mocambo, Parque Estadual do Utinga Camillo Vianna, and Val–de– Cans), Benevides, Bujaru, Cametá, Castanhal, Macaúba (Mangabeira), Marapanim (Sítio Brás Lobo), Marituba, Melgaço (Caxiuanã, ECFPn), Ponta de Pedras (Ilha de Marajó), Peixe Boi, Rio Jari (Cachoeira do Itacará), Santa Izabel do Pará (Reserva São Francisco), Santarém and Santo Antônio do Tauá (Reserva Particular do Patrimônio Natural Klagesi).
