The name refers to the type locality.
Male. Length and greatest breadth of postpedicel subequal. Left side of epandrium as Fig. 27 View FIGURES 27– 30 , right gonopod as Fig. 28 View FIGURES 27– 30 ; tip of right lobe of hypandrium as Fig. 29 View FIGURES 27– 30 and left lobe of hypandrium as Fig. 30 View FIGURES 27– 30 . Wing 1.3–1.4 mm long. Costal index 0.56–0.57. Vein 3 with a terminal vesicle which extends beyond tip of costa. All tibiae are brown.
Material. Holotype male, Panama, Chiriqui, Hartman’s Finca , 28 June – 3 July 1981, B. Gill ( LACM, 26-74).
