The name refers to type locality. Male. Length and greatest breadth of postpedicel subequal. Left side of epandrium as Fig. 99 View FIGURES 99–100 and hypan- drial lobes as Fig. 100 View FIGURES 99–100 . Wing 1.0– 1.1 mm long. Costal index 0.48–0.49. No vesicle at the tip of vein 3, whose tip is about level with that of costa. Tip of hind tibia with a dorsal apical projection (similar to Fig. 31 View FIGURES 31– 32 ). All tibiae are pale brown.
