Diagnosis. Costal margin of fore wings with peculiar concavity ( Figures 10, 11). Hind wings rudimentary or well developed, trilobed: radius and cubitus anterior bifurcate, median, cubitus posterior, postcubitus, first and second anal veins simple; between second branch of radius and median and between median and first branch of cubitus anterior – single transverse vein; second branch of cubitus anterior and cubitus posterior are fused and thickened (R 2 r-m M 1 m-cu CuA 2 CuP 1 Pcu 1 A1 1 A2 1) (Figure 21).
