John Lane 194 9 ”; (4) printed on white paper: “MZSP [ MZUSP]”; (5) printed on white paper: “MZ004439”.

Condition of holotype: Pinned. Wings and terminalia slide-mounted on coverslips, pinned with the specimen;

two undetermined legs glued on triangle. Missing parts: antennae, abdomen, right femora, tibiae, and tarsi, and left hind femur, tibia and tarsus.
