Holotype with labels: (1) “ PERU: Tambopata Prov. [provincia] // 15 km [kilometers] NE[northeast] Pto.[Puerto] Maldonado // 13 June 1989, 200 m[meters of altitude in relation to sea level] // J.Ashe, R.Leschen #24 // ex:flit Asiomyrete ” [white label, printed in black ink]. (2) “ HOLOTYPE // Lybanodes // stigmatus // P.E.Skelley ” [red label, printed in black ink].

Remarks: specimen glued on a triangle, abdomen and genitalia preserved in polyethylene micro vial with glycerin. Symbole of male "♂" handwritten on triangle with black ink.
