East China Sea:

• 33°15′N, 126°34′E; 18 m bsl: [FAO61] South Korea, Jeju Province, Cheju [Jejudo] Island, Seogwipo, Supsom Islet, intertidal or shallow subtidal zone, coralline sand. Rho et al. (1999)

South China Sea:

• 10°12′N, 118°54′E; 1–4 m bsl: [FAO71] Republic of the Philippines, Palawan Island, Puerto Princesa, Sabang, coral sand. Chang & Rho (1997b)

Sulu Sea:

• 09°54′N, 118°49′E; 1–4 m bsl: [FAO71] Type Locality: Republic of the Philippines, Palawan Island, Snake Island, Honda Bay, coral sand. Chang & Rho (1997b)

Remarks: This species is known only from a few subtidal localities in Asia, collected only in coral sand.
