Saudi Arabia, Eastern Region, Persian Gulf, Ras Al Tanajib, intertidal. Hansen & Kristensen (2006) Record numbers (Sea/Ocean classification): Arabian Sea: 1; total: 1. Record numbers (FAO classification): FAO51: 1; total: 1.
Remarks: This is a relatively recently described intertidal species known only from the type locality.
