M a t e r i a l e x a m i n e d: Mount Etna, Immacolatelle, San Gregorio di Catania (Catania), 27.VI.1996, 1 (S. Tomarchio leg.).

R e m a r k s: First record for Sicily! Widespread in the Palaearctic region. It is recorded from the whole peninsular Italy, as south as Calabria. Its presence in Sicily has to be expected.
