HOLOTYPE (J): ‘Duala 1.II.30. / Cameroun fr. / A. David lgt. [hw] // Holotypus [p, red label] // Holotypus [p] / Euchelonocoris / intactus / gen. et sp. n. J [hw] / Det. L. Hoberlandt, 19[p]49 [hw, red label] // Mus. Nat. Pragae / Inv. [p] 11.001 [hw, orange label]’. (Specimen card-mounted; prothorax with pin hole; left antennal segment III and IV, right antennal segment IV, left mesotibia and mesotarsus, right middle leg, and right metatibia and metatarsus missing.)

Current status. Valid species (see USINGER & MATSUDA 1959, KORMILEV & FROESCHNER 1987).
