• Medium-sized and arboreal with extensive patagium for gliding; large forward-facing eyes, small ears, slender limbs, and light musculature.

e 50-70 cm.

• Indo-Malayan Region.

• Primary and secondary tropical rainforests and forest plantations, with trees of sufficient height for gliding.

• 2 genera, 2 species, b taxa,

• No species threatened; none Extinct since 1600.
