Remarks. According to Dillon & Dillon (1945): “ Holotype: Male; Coxim, Matto Grasso [sic], Brazil, October, 1939; (A. Maller); [L. Lacye].” Monné (2023b) and Tavakilian & Chevillotte (2023) reported the holotype from the Brazilian state of Mato Grosso. However, Coxim is now a city in the Brazilian state of Mato Grosso do Sul (see remarks in Oxymerus basalis ). Currently, it is known from Brazil (Rondônia and Mato Grosso —in fact, Mato Grosso do Sul) ( Bezark 2023b; Monné 2023b; Tavakilian & Chevillotte 2023).
