II. Chelipoda consignata -group

Species of variable size with thorax usually elongated and often with distinct dusting stripes. C 1 is as long as or longer than the thorax and F 1 is sometimes slender, with denticles and spines more or less clearly differentiated in 3–4 ventral rows. Cell cup is usually more or less open with its apex right-angular or produced and A 1 is generally faint, at least basally.
