(1964: 176). Distribution: Brazil, Paraguay, and Argentina (Martínez & Halffter 1986a).

Type locality: Paraguay: Concepción: Campo Zanja Moroti (“PARAGUAY: Dpto. Concepción: Zanja Maroti”).
