Forewing silvery white; medial line absent; submarginal line indistinct, pale brown, from costa to middle of outer margin; marginal area suffused with pale orange-yellow longitudinal fasciae along the veins and a black spot between M3 and Cu1; a pale fuscous marginal line from apex to middle of outer margin; cilia white. Holotype. IZCAS: 3, Shaanxi, Huoditang (33.4ºN, 108.4ºE), 1979. VIII.23, leg. Han Yinheng (genital slide number C833).
Paratype. IZCAS: 1Ƥ, Shaanxi, Huoditang (33.4ºN, 108.4ºE), 1979. VIII.25, Han Yinheng (genital slide number C1702).
Distribution. China (Shaanxi).
Remarks. In this species, medial line is absent on forewing, that is different with the other species in the genus. In male genitalia, the species is similar to G. bilineata sp. nov., but the aedeagus without cornutus and the costal arm is shorter than valva while in G. bilineata the aedeagus with cornuti and the costal arm is longer than valva.
Etymology. The name is derived from the Latin “ albidus ”, corresponding to the white wings of this species.
