Type: ― SOUTH-WEST AFRICA [ NAMIBIA ]. Etoshapfanne: 15 km östlich von Okaukuejo, 9 September 1980, Giess 15462 (holotype M-0107416!; isotypes LE-00011890!, LE-00011892!, PRE-0606932-0!) .

Distribution: ― Namibia : Etosha Pan, Namib Desert? (Swakopmund, Hentiesbaai).
