Holotype, „, length of body 7.8 mm, of fore wing 8 mm.
Head. Antenna with 54 segments, 1.5 times longer than fore wing, length of third segment 1.25 times fourth, lengths of third, fourth, penultimate and terminal segments 3.0, 2.7, 2.0 and 2.0 times their maximal widths, respectively; maxillary palp 1.3 times height of head; eyes glabrous and protuberant in frontal view; length of eye in dorsal view twice temple; temple directly narrowed posteriorly, coriaceous (but rather smooth-punctate dorsally) and shiny; OOL: diameter of ocellus: POL~5.0:3.0:3.0; frons smooth and shiny medially, punctate laterally; vertex flattened near stemmaticum, smooth and shiny between punctures; face very weakly convex (almost flat) in lateral view, shiny, sparsely striato-punctate laterally, smooth medially, with long setae; clypeus convex, in lateral view, smooth between large punctures; gena very short in frontal view; length of malar space 0.6 times basal width of mandible; malar suture present; occipital flange rounded and small.
Mesosoma. Length of mesosoma 1.43 times its maximal height; side of pronotum punctate posteriorly near tegula, antero-medially crenulate and remainder smooth and shiny; mesopleuron smooth and shiny with sparse punctures; precoxal sulcus largely punctate and reaching anterior margin of mesopleuron; metapleuron sparsely punctate; metapleural flange present and acute; mesoscutum lobes deeply punctate; scutellar sulcus large with one mid-longitudinal carina; notauli punctate; scutellum convex, shiny and smooth; propodeum medially convex, smooth, shiny with mid-longitudinal carina anteriorly and several irregular carina posteriorly (one is rather semicircular).
Wings. Fore wing: r: SR1z3-SR~13:53; 2-SR: r-m~3.0:4.0; second submarginal cell subsessile; r-m with beginning of small vein medially; subbasal cell glabrous anteriorly; vein cu-a sub interstitial; vein 3-CU1 twice longer than vein CU1b. Hind wing: 2-M coloured; membrane glabrous basally.
Legs. Hind coxa with strong parallel and irregular rugae dorsally, punctate apico-laterally; lengths of hind femur, tibia and basitarsus 5.8, 8.6 and 7 times their widths, respectively; tibial spurs 0.47 and 0.3 times basitarsus; hind tibia with three apical teeth and rather enlarged apically.
Metasoma. First tergite 3.4 times longer than apically wide, smooth, convex basally and apically in lateral view; spiracles protruding; margin of first tergite weakly angled before spiracles; second tergite smooth and shiny; T2 1.54 times longer than T3; second suture smooth and straight.
Colour. Brown-yellowish. Head, antenna, apex of mandibles, fourth tergite (except basally) and following tergites, fore telotarsus, apical three mid tarsi, apical half of hind tibia, hind spurs, all hind tarsi blackish; trochanter and trochantellus dark brownish; pterostigma, veins near middle of fore wing yellowish, apex of fore wing infuscated.
