Length of body 4.64 mm, of fore wing 4 mm.
Head. Antenna with 38 segments, length of antenna 1.3 times fore wing, length of third segment 1.4 times fourth, length of third, fourth and penultimate segments 3.5, 2.5 and 1.3 times their maximal widths, respectively; apical segment 1.5 times its maximal width; maxillary palp 1.8 times height of head; length of eye in dorsal view 2.7 times temple; eyes glabrous; temple directly narrowed posteriorly, smooth; OOL: diameter of ocellus: POL~7.0:4.0:4.0; frons smooth, shiny; vertex convex, smooth, flattened near stemmaticum; face convex, smooth between sparse punctures; clypeus weakly convex and smooth; length of malar space equal to basal width of mandible; malar suture present; occipital flange straight and reduced.
Mesosoma. Length of mesosoma 1.48 times its maximal height; side of pronotum crenulate medially; mesopleuron smooth and shiny; precoxal sulcus punctate and present medially only; metapleuron smooth and shiny; mesoscutum sparsely finely punctate; notauli punctate; scutellar sulcus with several short carinae; scutellum convex, smooth and shiny; propodeum medially convex in lateral view, medially weakly granular; mid-longitudinal carina of propodeum absent anteriorly; metapleural flange rounded.
Wings. Fore wing: r: SR1z3-SR~1:16; 2-SR: r-m~7.0:4.0; second submarginal cell (sub)sessile; subbasal cell glabrous anteriorly; vein 3-CU1 1.5 times vein CU1b. Hind wing: vein 2-M coloured; membrane largely glabrous basally.
Legs. Hind coxa coriaceous without rugae dorsally; lengths of hind femur, tibia and basitarsus 4.3, 7.6 and 6.0 times their maximal widths, respectively; hind tibia with several bristles on its outer side; tibial spurs 0.56 and 0.44 times basitarsus; hind tibia with six apical teeth.
Metasoma. First tergite 2.4 times longer than apically wide, weakly coriaceous, shiny, weakly concave medially in lateral view; spiracles protruding; second tergite coriaceous; T 2 1.37 times longer than T 3; second suture smooth, straight; ovipositor sheath 0.6 times fore wing length.
Colour. Yellowish brown. Stemmaticum and ovipositor sheath brownish; stigma and veins of fore wing yellowish; telotarsus infuscate. Wings (sub)hyaline.
